How much to tile a small bathroom?

We are having the bathroom retiled. It’s probably about 8m2. We are providing the tiles, and it’s in London zone 3. It would be useful to know what sort of prices are normal for this. Thanks.

We paid £96 per sqm last month to do have a shower and back splash done. We had larger tiles (600x600). They quoted £112 per sqm for the smaller subway style tiles we were originally considering. Another builder we had on site at the same time said that price was about right. We’re in Zone 6 south London.
