Parquet flooring- can I lift it?

We had a new solid oak parquet flooring put down in our small kitchen and old lean to conservatory about 6 years ago. Fast forward, and after looking at the knackered conservatory during lockdown we are having an extension built to make a kitchen diner.

can we lift and relay the flooring? And if so does anyone have any experience of doing this? Top tips appreciated!

I would contact the fitter and ask them - it's likely to have been glued down so it may not be possible to salvage the parquet in a usable condition.
