How are London property prices now vs 6 months ago?

Onto my third time listing my London flat in seven months (two sales fell apart).

In the last 6 or so months, have prices risen in London? I’m zone 2, a very desirable area, and I have a garden.

Similar I’d say

There would’ve been a rise between October to January/ February then steady since

You’re better off asking a few agents, and getting them to back up their thoughts with sold price data

There will be local nuances which will probably have much more influence than anyone can give you here without knowing the area

Flats have risen much more slowly than houses in my part of West London, and take longer to sell as well. Best to get 3 agents round to do some valuations for you.

I think it's very location specific even within London. My area hasn't really changed since Brexit, my sisters area lots for sale & reductions. Friends area lack of supply & everything going way over.

I think it's very location specific as pp has said. Some parts are red-hot right now.
