Looking for quick bit of advice. I have an offer accepted, mortgage will be through an advisor I found.
Mortgage advisor is strongly recommending I use a conveyancing solicitor they know. Tbh does look cheaper than most. I'm just wondering whether there is any reason not to do that. I'm a FTB so no experience. Would there be any reason to keep the mortgage adviser and solicitor separate, find the solicitor myself and pay a bit more?
