Biggin Hill

Morning

We are looking to buy in Biggin Hill as property prices are very reasonable when compared to Bromley but don’t know the area very well.

Not concerned about the schools or lack of train station but wondered if anyone who knew the area could let me know what it’s like?

Thank you

I lived in Biggin Hill for 10 years. Moved away 4 years ago. It's a lovely place, friendly people and I really miss it. You'll get snow every year! Easy to get to Bromley. I'd recommend it.

Thank you Mrs Williams, it sounds perfect for us.

What about Lockbottom nearby? Darrick Wood School is good!

Not so little DS is in Year 9 at Ravensbourne so we don’t need to worry about the schools, he just needs to be able to get there. Ideally one bus which is why biggin hill with the 320 or 246 would work very well.

But I believe he could get there from Locksbottom. It’s the amount of house you can get in biggin hill which is the draw.
