Estate agent - Help!

Hi,
I am in the process to buy my first property but every time I go for a viewing the estate agent has organised the viewing for few people all together and for some reason they always seem to know each other.

Can anyone recommend a good estate agent I could contact. I am looking to buy in North London (Crouch End/Highgate). I would also appreciate any tip you might have.

Thank you!

Look on Rightmove - you should get a list of all the estate agents serving your area. Have a look at what each is selling, then register with the ones that are selling the type of property you're looking for. We registered with more than thirty. You'll need to go to each agent's website to register.

Some will give you a few days' notice of new properties coming on the market before they appear online, so you can arrange a viewing quickly. Others only give a few hours' notice, but this can still be worth it as you can grab a viewing slot if only a limited number available. Others don't give any heads up at all and just tell you to look at their website and social media regularly!

It's also worth phoning regularly to remind them you exist and are still looking.

And get all your paperwork sorted so you can get going quickly when you can make an offer - you'll need to provide scanned copies of your ID, and probably proof of mortgage agreement in principle and your deposit (scanned copy of a bank statement).
