What would be the modern day equivalent of Belgravia in the 70s?

Reading a book set in Belgravia in the 60s/70s. Just trying to think what the 2020 equivalent would be, as Belgravia is completely out of bounds for anyone who isn’t a billionaire now! Some of the characters are artists, but all are wealthy although not obscenely.

Hampstead? Fulham?

Belgravia was smart in the 60s/70s. More debutantes that artists...

Maybe Notting Hill?

Ahh Notting Hill is a good shout!

What's the book? (not completely off-point, might be able to assess income/wealth bracket of characters and draw a contemporary parallel!)

You also have to factor in intergenerational wealth. I always wondered how my tutors at university could afford lovely big houses and a 'little place in France' on salaries of around £15k p/a (back in the day). Finally the penny dropped that they were several generations deep in affluence...
