I don't even know if this exists but I feel like it should and if it's going to be anywhere it's in affluent commuter belt land 
My parents are finally coming round to the idea of 'downsizing' and Sevenoaks/TWells are looking most sensible options. They are however very stressed by the whole idea of moving - the search & buying process, packing up, the actual move day, the thought of doing any redecorating to a new place and all the admin that goes with a move. They are very comfortably off and have a healthy budget (although admittedly not unusually large in the areas they're looking at) so I've suggested they employ someone to basically do everything that's stressing them out - research areas, preview houses and offer a shortlist and handle the negotiating and conveyancing process and when it comes to moving time, basically leave their old house untouched, go off on a nice holiday for a few weeks and return to their new house all unpacked, fridge filled and admin all organised. Does this exist? Any personal recommendations and what are we talking cost wise - 1% of purchase price? More?! If it's a larger company that could also manage their sale (in Surrey) all the better but we could take this on board if necessary.
