hoping fir some reassurance here. just reading another thread about someone who has been charged an excessive amount fir failing to empty bins in a holiday let.
some of the responses from owners/ managers of holiday let's mentioned horrible stuff that they had to deal with following people leaving the property.
we have a house in another country which we have never rented out. it's a family shared house
but we are all retiring and are finding the upkeep is costing €€€€€
so have decided to rent it as a holiday let.
we have found a nice couple who will take care of the house but after reading the comments in that thread i feel really anxious.
is it that bad?
i've rented loads of villas etc in the past and have left them as i found them so thought others would too!
we have only got a few bookings for this year but i'm wondering whether we should reconsider.
be really glad to hear ( positive) stories!!
