Firstly, does anyone have any personal recommendations of surveyors in the Bath/Bristol area?
Secondly, is it typical to have a follow up call after receiving the (level 3) report? I'd rather go with a team who are happy to discuss things afterwards, rather than leaving me with a long, detailed report I might not fully comprehend.
