Hi there. Good evening. We've been viewing properties in Whitton today. I'd be keen to hear all about your thoughts on the two areas we looked at. The first property was on Waverley road off Powder Mill Lane and the second the other side of Whitton around Warren Road near the Chase Bridge school. How would you compare the two areas? Keen to know your thoughts

My aunt used to live on the Warren Road near to the Kneller Hall School of Music. She liked it, but do consider the rugby ground. On rugby days you have hordes of people walking from Twickenham/Whitton railway station.

I used to live off Whitton Dene (the opposite side of the ground to Chase Bridge) and the smell from sewerage plant varied from slightly unpleasant to utterly grim.

I second the point about considering the impact of the rugby ground, you either have to be out all day, in all day, or risk mistiming it and sitting in stationary traffic whilst people swarm around you,

I grew up in Whitton and my parents still live there and we visit often. Good schools, high street has come up massively, good links to London Waterloo and also v easy to get out of town.

The rugby can be a bit of a pain but when you know something is about to happen you can plan around it!
