Last summer my neighbour had a digger going in his garden from Easter until October- every day. We kept asking how much longer it would be and he kept saying he would be 'a few more weeks'.IHe used to say that if we were having people round he would stop for a few hours. He seemed to think k he was being reasonable! We didn't have a single day of peace in the garden.
Today it has started up again. I think I'm going g to go mad if it goes on all summer again. We have holiday cottages in our garden, soourguests are disturbed by it too. It's so loud.
I don 't know what he's actually doing. Last year he said it was due to a landslide by his backdoor. He has 2 acres of garden which now looks like the Somme. There's nothing I can do is there?
