I'm a sales progressor for an estate agent, I've recently gone back to work after being off for the full term of mat leave and I finding it so draining.

I feel like some solicitors think I am just a bug that needs to be squashed, but I am only trying to do my job.

Before I left I was on good terms with 90% of the local agents and solicitors and I've come back and it feels like I'm at square one.

Anyone else out there do a similar job who might understand?

I don’t do a similar job but I will say I was shocked at how my solicitor spoke to my estate agent when we were selling our flat recently. Out estate agent was informing us all that he had an answer to some issue being chased (can’t remember what now) and the solicitor said “ your input is not helpful... I will give my clients this information at the appropriate time” (copying us in to the email). It came across really rude and we very much welcomed the fact that our estate agent was proactive as we told him (copying the solicitor in, haha)
