We're a couple with a young baby who were considering moving to Chingford but after many helpful responses on my Chingford post, we're now reconsidering that.
Our ideal location would anywhere within 30-40 minutes driving distance of Islington. The perfect location would be Winchmore Hill or Palmer's Green but with our budget it's more of a fantasy! Speaking of budget, it's 550-600k for a 3 bed. Also, we're looking for a property closer to North London although North Chingford is still in the running.
We're after an area with low crime rate, close to great schools and plenty of amenities.
We're desperate to move asap as we're currently in a property that is not going up by much in value. Additionally, with the property market in London being so hot right now, we're scared to be priced out of the market if we wait too long.
So mumsnetters, please help with any suggestions for locations that fit the above bill!
