Roads in Catford SE6

Hi all,

Can anyone speak to roads like Muirkirk, Hazelbank and Honley in SE6 please?

Some houses have come up on these roads and thinking about going to have a look.

Side note - just missed out to our dream home (this is now the 4th place we've missed out on) not even being dramatic) to a cash buyer w a 70% deposit. I honestly don't know how we stand a chance! (Second time buyers, under offer) we have a better than 10% deposit plus we are always offering over asking. Any words of encouragement gratefully received.

They’re fine. Mix of family houses and conversions into flats, a few quite scruffy properties but nothing major. Quiet and placid. Definitely nothing which would be considered off putting. Honley and Muirkirk are better in terms of proximity to the stations, Hazelbank is more Bellingham way and feels a bit back of beyond.
