Hi

Has anyone used these for bathroom fittings?

Weve had two plumbers round for a downstairs cloakroom refit. One recommended them the other said don't touch them with a bargepole.....

Are you aware that there are two companies, Victoria Plumbing and Victoria Plum (used to be Plumb)? If one of your reviewers is thinking of one, and one of the other, that might explain the difference!

I've never heard of Victoria Plumbing.

We've used Victorian Plumbing - they delivered everything eventually but kept pushing the delivery date as one very small item (handle for toilet flush) was delayed. Eventually got the order after calling customer services & cancelling the delayed item. They didn't email to keep me know the delivery date had changed, I had to keep logging in and checking which was annoying. They did replace a faulty radiator valve quickly & with no fuss though.

Wouldn't touch Victoria Plum with a bargepole after reading reviews & speaking to workmen.

We ordered some of the shower room fittings from Drench, who were excellent and we will be using them again for our other bathroom is a few months. A little more expensive but they delivered exactly when they said they would and their exchange process (after I changed my mind about one item) was really smooth.

Victorian Plumbing were great for me - really good customer service and I'm very happy with the suite.

Victorian plumbing very good with our bathroom. Can track delivery plus courier company phone a few days ahead to confirm delivery date verbally. Only issue is if you need to return something have to organise own courier…. A bit of a hassle Shem compared to just popping back to homebase/equivalent

sorry, my mistake, the first company is Victorian Plumbing (with the 'n') and the other is Victoria Plum (after they changed it, I think because the other company complained!). It's very easy to mix them up when search, as most variations of the names bring up a mix of sites.

I've only ordered small things from Victorian Plumbing, but they were fine.

We were very happy with our bathroom fittings from Victorian Plumbing originally as was our fitter. However now we are not. We have black taps and they are already wearing away to the metal underneath. We only installed it 2 years ago, not even that! We are very careful and clean using recommended products so it is in no way anything we have done. Not happy at all

I've ordered from Victorian Plumbing twice, first time was a bit of a nightmare with my order getting missed in the warehouse and requiring a lot of chasing over several weeks. When I did eventually get it I was happy with the quality though. Second order went smoothly and am happy with it!

I have used Victoria Plum for our en suite and our downstairs loo and were happy with everything. The units and sinks are good quality. We had some damage to one cupboard on delivery and they sent a replacement out within two days. We just had to send them photos of the damage. They didn't want the damaged one back though and we had to take it to the tip.
