Hi considering putting an offer on a house today which is lovely but would stretch my budget based on a single salary. Need the location for the kids’ school though!!
Just crunching some numbers, can anyone advise what I can expect to pay for a new bathroom renovation project, gutting and tiling two walls, plus bath and separate shower, low end nothing too fancy!
Any help would be much appreciated xx

I forgot to add that that I’m based in North East 😊

With current prices I'd say you're looking at £7-10K for a bathroom reno.

It depends on the size of the bathroom but we're north west and have recently paid around £10.5k for a complete gutting of bathroom/downstairs loo, fully tiled and although most of the fittings were middling the bath and accessories were the higher end of the options. Independent merchant and plumber though if that makes a difference and our shower is over the bath
