Hello everyone
We are planning to relocate to Chichester later this year. We looked at a nice house on Duncan Road - is this area desirable or not? the house is well situated with regard to the city centre and the theatre (we are keen to walk to the city centre) but the estate seems a little rundown - does anyone know this area and could perhaps give us some information? It would be very useful. Thank you in advance
