Moving to Oxford

DH has been offered a job in Oxford. We have just spent a week in Oxford and really enjoy it. Really beautiful city with so much to do. Our budget at the absolute most is £900k. Is this enough for 3/4 bedroom in Summertown or Joricho? Not really interested in schools as we don’t have children. Doesn’t have to be city centre but don’t want to be far away from the centre either. Thanks
