Offer accepted but I'm v wary-help please

Hi everyone. We've had an offer accepted on a new build- a one off done by current owners who are a developer couple. Used a local building firm. Has a 10 year latb warranty and all building regs etc etc

Ie house looks good BUT gor s few reasons we just doint quite trust the sellers so looking to protect ourselves

Any tips??

Why don't you trust them?

Protect yourself against what? You haven't said what aspects you are concerned about.

What kind of tips are you after? Can you give detail about what it is you don't trust them about?

Full structural survey from an experienced surveyor. Also an electrical survey and a roof check by a roofer.

Think we need more details here, do you think they're lying about the house's condition? how nice the neighbours are? the reason they're selling? or you think they might pull out of the sale?
