We are exchanging this week. I asked my solicitor for a document and he said “I asked the sellers solicitor several times, they still didn’t provide this”
WTF ?
How did he even report on title and say we are ready to exchange?? WTF !??
Does someone have a solicitors checklist so I can see what all is needed ?
Soo bloody incompetent that I have no idea why I’m paying them.
