Just wondering if anyone has been through the planning permission appeals process and have any personal experience of what happens, positive and negative, just a real honest account. (Did it go in your favour??'
Our Architect has said that they may do a site visit, but hasn't really explained what the full process is and wether we can appear at the appeal or how it works really.
We live in Cheshire, I don't suppose anyone had appealed recently and have a timescale it took them.
My worry is, if this is going to drag on for 8 months or so how much more expensive will materials etc go up in that time.
