We currently have broadband with Vodafone. The main line into the house is ntl, with the bt line being ran off that. The Vodafone line is plugged into the bt socket, and doesn't work if plugged into the ntl socket.
I'm having a new window fitted and shutters. The ntl box is fixed to the windowsill so needs relocating to the wall. I've contact Vodafone, who just tell me that I'm not due a new contract yet and don't seem to get what I'm saying 🤯. Helpful.
Who should I contact and will it cost a fortune?
