Thoughts on Ewe Move

I'm hoping to sell my house in the near future, in the Nottinghamshire area. I've narrowed it down to three agents, Ewe Move, Holden Copley and Robert Ellis? Does anyone have experience with them? Thank you

I found out the hard way that ewe move is run as separate franchise so to get an idea of if it is any good you do have to make sure you are getting reviews only on your local one.

If it the branch owned by I’m sure it was David! I’ve dealt with him and he is lovely, works really hard and very funny and always cheerful.

I viewed a property with them, they asked for feedback and were very knowledgeable about the house at the viewing.

I would say a downside was they did it open house (fine) with 15 min slots each (also fine in this market!) But booked 4 viewings in the same 15 min slot, which was really offputting trooping about with your bidding competition, so to speak!

A friend of mine has a ewe move franchise and she's very fair and thorough. And consequently very successful.

In your situation I'd talk to each and see who seems most knowledgeable and decent.

Thanks for your thoughts. Whichever agent I choose will be a Long Eaton branch. Are there any to avoid?
