Need to move, new job!

So I’ve been told recently that my current landlord has passed away. Had notification that his relatives wish to sell the property we are currently renting and they will in due course be issuing a section 21z I’ve recently got a new job (after not working for a while due to health problems) so worried I won’t pass the referencing process ect. when going for a new property. We have 5 years of rental history in current property, never missed a payment and I have proof of my wage (work contract) and can supply a guarantor if required, only problem is I obviously can’t supply 3+ months of payslips as I’ve not long started! DH works full time and has been in his current job for years.
Does anyone know if this will be enough? Any landlord/estate agents who could give me some insight?
