New bathroom- cost?

We are planning to update our bathroom which is in a bit of a sorry state. Are there any recommendations where we can get reasonably priced bath/sink/toilet and fittings that are decent quality. We plan to get a local plumber to fit them and then do the tiling and painting ourselves. Is £5k doable for this type of job or am I being unrealistic? Our bathroom is very small. Any advice / recommendations much appreciated!

We just did ours.
We used bathroom cladding instead of tiles, cheaper, cleaner, much much easier.
Whole thing cost about £5k. We had remodel of whole room though. It’s tiny.

We went local for new suite and other stuff just because it’s easier to source those bits and pieces you forget without having to wait weeks for delivery.

That’s great, thanks @Yellowleadbetter. Was the £5k including labour costs? Or just the price of the suite/accessories?

Labour, everything all in.

Yes 5k should be doable with no tiling
