Feel sick with worry

My landlord decided to sell my flat back in October I've been here for 9 years. That was the last contact I had with him as he has handed it all over to letting agents/estate agent. It all went quiet until February when the estate agent came to take pictures ready to market it and told me I don't need to worry as it's being marketed as buy to invest and I should be able to stay. Not one person has been to look round, the landlord that owns the other three flats in my block doesn't want it as it's too expensive. I was hoping he would buy it and let me stay. Everything has gone quiet again,. I'm in a constant stage of anxiety and feel sick with the thought of being served a section 21 and having to find somewhere else, flats in my area are like gold dust and totally out of my price range. Hate this feeling of limbo.

Can you take yourself out of the limbo and take control of the situation, start looking for somewhere else to live? Even if it's just for 12 months?
