Time between valuation, pictures and being on Rightmove?

Just looking for some real life time scales for valuation, to pictures, to being up for sale and on Rightmove?
I've had to move my poor eldest out to my other half's flat as his room needs full redecoration as he has destroyed it (20, messy fucker). I'm starting tomorrow, hopefully finished by end of Tuesday. I'm in work the rest of the week and we are having some other jobs done by professionals in that time. I've got my valuation with the agent most likely to be used on weds 23rd, by which time he will have been out for 9 days. I'd like him to be able to move back ASAP, but as I'm pitching his tiny room as a nursery/toddler room (it's a tiny 2mx2m box) and he can't manage to keep it in good condtion, he can't come back until viewings are done. Now I know there is no guarantee on it selling quickly, but I'm 95% certain it will sell quickly. My type of property is in high demand here, pricing will be reasonable, and it is ready to move in, no work needed.
So what I need to know is an approx timescale between valuation to market. If it helps, Strike is the agent (I'll be getting two other valuations from local agents too).
Don't worry, if the sale falls through I won't make him move out again Grin. I'm just giving the house its best shot at sale to begin with!

No idea about Strike (and I hate online agents), but if quick and they take decent pics when they value it it could be up in a matter of days, but only they can answer that question so why not just ask? Getting a floor plan takes a bit longer but it could go live before then.

I will ask, but as its Sunday night and I'm up to my eyeballs in a new kitchen and decorating tomorrow, I'd hoped to get an idea before Tuesday when I'll have chance to ring and get an answer.

Our agent valued and took pics on the same day, it was on rightmove by evening including floor plan, video tour etc - really depends on your agent though I guess!

We had our pictures at 10am, online at 12ish, 1st viewing 4pm and sold by 5pm. It's the bit after that which is taking forever, took 5 months from offer to completion but that was our vendor!

We had our valuation done but then I wanted to touch up some paint in a few rooms before photos and it was half term so I asked them to give me a week as didn't want to have to keep house all immaculate and then be faffing with the kids being around! They came back took photos Monday 10am, was online Tuesday afternoon and had 25 viewings booked for the Saturday so we had to go out for a few hours while the agents showed everyone around then Monday morning they started getting the best and final offers and we had 10 serious offers and we accepted Monday evening. They had a list of others interested but they knew we'd have offers after the weekend so didn't need to have viewing going on into the next weekend.

I have to say we sold with a well known estate agent - yes the commission is 1.25% + vat, but having viewed a few properties with smaller or online agents, you definitely get what you pay for. They were so efficient at organising it all and made our lives simpler doing all the viewings in one go!

We put ours on last week. Agent came out to do the photos Tuesday afternoon and it went live on Rightmove Weds morning (after we'd returned the signed agency agreement, they wouldn't market it without having received that from us). We've had 5 viewings so far with 5 more booked in. Offers have been made but we are allowing all viewings to go ahead before deciding.

The agent came out to value the house on the Saturday before so all in all it was 4 days. We did a few little paint touch ups but that was it.

We went wit Purple bricks, professional photos done on Friday morning, on Rightmove on Saturday evening. We had an open house 2 weeks later and had several offers.

Photos on the Wednesday, viewings Saturday afternoon, went online at the same time. Sold by 12pm on the Monday.
