Water/Damp - Gutter? High roof

Please does anyone know what could be done about this damp patch? Looks like the gutter is leaking or overflowing? Our roof is very high and can’t be accessed via ladder, so a regular roofer might not be able to access? Any ideas who could help in this instance without scaffolding? Thank you in advance.

I'd get in touch with a roofer and ask . It needs checked one way or other. Do you notice water leaking when it rains?

@40Jem Thanks Yes, during rain I can see water overflowing from where a gutter meets the hopper (I think) and then it's flowing along the downpipe onto the wall further down..
Resulting in a long stretch of wet patch along the outside wall next to the downpipe.
So probably hopper overflowing or gutter leaking, I'm not sure.. Ok, hopefully I can find a roofer

How high is very high?

We have 3 stories and a week ago had out gutters cleaned as they were blocked and mossy. We used a chap we'd used before (at a previous house) who offers gutter cleaning. He had a sortnof pressure washer in his van with a really long extendable stick, and we told him it was 3 stories and sent him a photo when we contacted him.

It might be worth trying a few people?

Ours was no issue, so hopefully if you ask a few people someone will be able to do it!
Checking now, it was actually a window cleaning service that also offers gutter cleaning. Hut we don't use him for windows!
