Worktop to match navy kitchen

I’ve read on here that navy kitchens are out of fashion but as I’m staying in this house rather than doing it up to sell I’m going with what I like and I really love navy kitchens. Currently I have cream (house was fairly beige when we moved in).

Worktop wise the obvious choice is white with slight vein quartz but in Howdens yesterday they had a grey kitchen with sparkly white quartz that wasn’t in your face blingy and it caught my eye. I just wonder if it’ll be too much with the dark navy. The plainer surface feels the sensible sophisticated choice but I’m not sure that’s very me. I keep changing my mind though. It’s such a big thing to get wrong.

I don't like it - seems like it was used a lot back in the day (no idea what day, but used to be the go to worktop, much like callacutta gold is today, which didn't stop me picking it)!

I remember black sparkly worktops being in about 10 years ago. A friend has is and it’s still looking lovely. I think whatever you choose dates but as long as it’s not tatty that’s not an issue imo.

I’d say more like twenty. I find sparkles dated but I don’t live in your house so choose the one that makes you happy!

I've got two pyrolytic neff single ovens. One normal size, the other a compact combination with a microwave in it.
Pleased with them both, I didn't bother with the hide and slide doors as it makes it harder to wipe the oven door (my sons got one).

We have 2 Neff single ovens side by side. One is hide and slide. My mum had 2 stacked. The bottom is a normal oven and the top one a combi.
