Moving out to this area from south London, is anyone else looking here too? Budget up to £650k but not a huge amount coming on the market and a lot seem to go under offer instantly.
We're just listing ours and agents won't let us book in to see anything until we're under offer - very understandable but does make it harder to get a feel for what area we like / house style.
Any one got any advice on these areas? Good schools? Areas to avoid for any reason?
