Average cost building survey

Can anyone give me an idea of the (average) cost of a building survey? 3/4 bed detached bungalow. Totally clueless! Thank you 😊

I can't tell you the average, but I paid £1300 inc VAT for full structural survey for four bed terrace in London last summer. I also got a homebuyers on another house for around £800 which was just as thorough.

Level 2 RICS homebuyers survey for £550 in Hertfordshire
Level 3 was £748 plus VAT
