Unusual tap

I may be totally unrealistic here but I want to have one of these taps (spotted on Instagram) for an attic toilet.

The original plan was to have a shower room but between the angle of the roof and the space for stairs and landing, we're losing space.

I thought of having a toilet and a deep sink/Belfast sink in a handmade unit with a tap that was adjustable - so faces and hands can be washed, teeth brushed but also so that the hair dye/hair masks can be washed out in the same sink.

Attic room is for teenage daughters and this would be beneficial and it kind of makes up for not having a shower room.

I've seen this on Instagram but a local Plumber has looked at me like I'm utterly mad.

Sorry - didn't attach.

Here it is. The tap swivels at each join so that the water jet can point up or down. The arm extends upwards to allow for hair washing in the sink too.

Does such a thing exist in the uk?!

Unfortunately, still not visible.

Op- the picture isnt showing. I don't think insta links work. Can you save a copy of the picture and attach it that way?

Let's try again to add the pic.

I really like it! No idea where it is from though.

Would one with a pull out spout be suitable? Something like this?

Coming back to this to ask for more help.

I'm now thinking of getting a slightly deeper basin for this bathroom and a wall mounted tap, but having a separate shower hose attached to the wall next to the sink. I can't find where to buy one though? Am I being monumentally thick?!
