Repressurise boiler help!!!

No heating today, I am getting error message E19 and it says I need to repressurise.

It’s a Potterton promax but only one of the little tap things underneath twists and it says two should move!

Please help!

Turn the 2 blue ones

Only 1 blue one will move (and one black!) I’ve turned both but didn’t do anything.

It was the two blue ones!

Only took about 30 seconds to fix once I got it going. Hopefully if anyone else has the same issue this thread will help them too!
