Epsom - Relocating

Hi All,

We are relocating in an area at Manor green road but closer to the pub.

I wanted to check how this area is. We love a house out there. Please throw in all your inputs. We come from central London and worry if pound lane area is too scruffy. Also, will it fall in the Stamford Green catchment ?

I wouldn't call Epsom scruffy. The town centre is lovely, with lots of period buildings and some nice shops.

The parade on Pound Lane isn't as nice, but you wouldn't have to use them if you didn't want to.

Not sure about school catchments, but this site shows you recent school catchment areas.

Manor Green Road is a bit far from a train station if you're planning to commute into London.
