Urgent. Mortgage deed for signature

So, I've posted this elsewhere as I'm in a hurry to complete the remortgage in a hurry before the rate runs out.

I'm dealing with Optima legal. They state they need the mortgage deed, signed and witnessed, returned to them.

But I don't have a document that looks like that, that has a space for a signature.

Does it come from Optima? Does it come from the lender?

How do it get the form, to sign, urgently?

We’re buying a house atm. We’ve been sent our mortgage deeds today. It’s a document from the building society that’s come from our solicitors.
