There is a previous thread on this company. Anyone thinking of using this company should locate it and read it.

  1. It is NOT a building company. It finds work and then sells the work to building companies taking the first payment on the contract of 20% as their commission.
  2. Margins in the building trade are not as high as 20% and so the builder who takes the job has to use the cheapest materials to try to make money on the job. They also do not pay tax or National insurance.
  3. The company will claim to offer a 10 year guarantee which you will find to be worthless. The company sells the trading name and the website 'Don't move extend' to a new company and closes the old company. The guarantee is now worthless.
  4. Some customers of the company are left with a problems. Some minor and some major.

My neighbour used them for a loft extension.
The builder used the cheapest materials and the tiles on the back of the house have weathered to have 2 separate colours - it looks a mess.

He now has a roofer in to repair the fibreglass roof. The extenion was built about 7 years ago and a fibreglass roof should last longer than that.

Their salesmen are smooth but remember they are NOT a building company.

Have a look at the awful tiles and the roofer repairing the roof in the image.
