It's a typo. Hampton's have it on for 595,000.

Fair play to the owners and agents if someone is daft enough to pay the higher price though

Typo, look at historic prices for that street

Wouldn’t touch as it’s leasehold

It's not, it's a typo. It's on with at least 2 other agents, originally started at £650k and been reduced twice. Also leasehold, which for a house in that area is unusual.

£595,000 and all 3 bedrooms are too small to be proper doubles. It's also on the flight path and in smelling distance of Mogden Sewage works.
