Currently gathering quotes for the complete strip out and installation of a new three piece bathroom and to be honest I have no idea what the going rate is.

Can anyone advise what they paid (minus the cost of the new suite/tiles/materials etc)

We paid just under £3000 about 18 months ago. We got p shaped bath, electric shower over, curved screen, shower boards, vanity and sink, toilet, 6 foot heated towel tail. We did the floor, we kept the exact same layout. They removed the tiles also. They actually knocked some money off as we didn’t replace the light fitting and they didn’t need a skip, which they had quoted for . Looks really good!

Watching with interest. I’ve just been quoted £7000 plus for a complete refit of small ensuite. Bath,
shower, vanity unit and sink. New lights, installation of extractor fan and complete retiling . New vanity unit and extractor in other bathroom:

Out of interest, would anyone think this worth doing if they are intending to sell in the near future? We have been dithering about selling for some time but just can’t live without a bath any longer.

My friends just did theirs, it's beautiful £25k
