Ok i feel the two men that came around fobbed me off, spent little time in my bathroom, everything they said went over my head.
I asked about the thickness of insulation he said 25 - 50mm of Celotex IWT. Aerogel in small openings but when I asked if they if they would be removing the bath to do this (my bath is against the wall) he said the installers would decide. They would be putting in extractor fans.
When I asked about the flooring he said not normally as I would be getting heat from flat below...
Im a bit depressed and really don't know what to do.
