Dear all wise mums,
Me and my DH got offer accepted to a house in Sept 2021 and the seller agreed to move to rental in Feb 2022 so we can complete the deal. In Dec, the EA called said the seller changes their mind and no longer want to move to rental and even worse, they are in a chain and we are bottom of the chain. Up to today , the chain still not closed and our landlord already sold the house we are living.
Any advice on how to push the seller to break the chain or help to complete the chain ? We will left homeless in 3 months with kids :( So desperate now ....
