Bath and tap configuration help

Having a new bathroom installed as part of a major renovation. I want a 1700 back to wall bath which allows for four hole deck mounted taps (includes integrated shower hose).

Finding this unicorn of a bath is proving a challenge so I'm looking at having wall mounted taps instead. However, I personally hate the look of a shower hose hanging down the bath (Hanse wanting a four hole tap)

Does anyone know if it's possible to have wall mounted taps with a deck mounted shower hose?

Any other options I haven't considered?

Obviously meant hence

The requirement for a shower hose probably scuppers this suggestion, but you can fill a bath from what would normally be the overflow location and do away with taps altogether.
