Offer accepted what next?

My offer is accepted, instructed solicitors and surveyor, memo of sale received.

Advice needed, how could I make sure the sale is moving as planned?

Weekly check in with EA , solicitors ? or what ?

Vendor said they have a temp place to move to and not particularly tied by chain.

Next you apply for your mortgage if you need one and arrange a survey if you want one, and your solicitor might do an ID check on you, and ask for some money to pay for searches :) Then it's a lot of waiting for searches to come back, and the seller to send over some documents like the fixtures and fittings list etc. That's all I can think of at the moment, going through it at the moment too and trying to work out how often to chase up solicitors! It's early days yet though for you so I dare say they'll be in touch soon with some more info.
