Belfast sink for small ensuite?

I cannot fit a shower into an attic ensuit but am toying with the idea of having a small Belfast sink with a combination tap and shower hose. DD's will be upstairs (teens) and I thought it a place where they could sonetines wash hair into the sink/wash out hair dye etc. Otherwise, theud come downstairs for regular bath/showers. There'd be a toilet up there too.

Is this a silly idea?!

I don't think having a basin being enough for them to wash their hair in is a silly idea. Unless you / they prefer the aesthetic then I would put in a basin where if they are going o be washing out hair dye etc would be less prone to staining and also maximum size of basin to maximum storage. If that is a belfast sink - then do it .

Sorry probably not been much help there Blush

I think this is a fab idea (as a teen that frequently coloured her hair). Also, I personally hate those tiny sinks that normally get put in en-suites as you just end up splashing water everywhere!!

Keen to hear design ideas if any of you are creative. The space is so small!

Have you got a floor plan?
