Who should I call for this problem

Hi all, this morning I noticed a small damp patch on my bedroom ceiling, pic attached.
It's slightly grown in size however it doesn't actually feel wet to the touch. In the first instance, should I call a roofer to check the roof and loft? Thanks in advance.

if you can get into the loft yourself, get up there & have a good look then call the roofer. if you can identify the source of the problem, you'll know if you want a roof expert or a guttering expert etc.

you can also buy a damp meter on Amazon & use it to test the wall / ceiling everyday and keep track of whether the issue gets better or worse with different weather conditions.
