Living in Chislehurst

Hi there, we are looking to buy a property on Belmont lane Chislehurst. I would greatly appreciate any opinions of that part of Chislehurst. We have been looking for sometime, and are keen on living in Chislehurst generally due to zone 4 stations nearby, good schools for small children and nice high street. Also our parents are close by so perfectly located for childcare. We currently live in Dartford and whilst we are not that keen on Dartford per say, we will be leaving behind a lovely property in a quiet development. TIA

You need to really look at distances schools have accepted from all across Bromley.

The 'catchments' are small for most.
(0.1m) for one I know of in Chislehurst.

Also chislehurst station is a long way from Chislehurst high street.
Elm stead woods station is one zone closer so cheaper to get into London from.

Chislehurst is a nice area though.
