Is this normal ? We're buying a house and we were told the seller sent contracts nearly 3 weeks ago... our solicitors are saying they haven't received them?? Who's lying we keep going back and fourth and no one can give us an answer here

Contracts are often sent by email these days. Could the EA check that the solicitors have the correct email addresses? Even one digit out means the email doesn't reach its destination. EAs usually put the email address on the Memorandum of Sale, but they often get it wrong or use an old email address that isn't in use or monitored.

Could they not just re-send them? I assume you mean the copy of the contract to be signed (not the signed version after exchange)? It should be easy enough just to email again. That said, we only received the contract about 2 days before we signed, so I think it's normal for it to take time, but it should also be really easy just to send again.
