Purplebricks app- help

This app generates notifications about properties on my saved list but they are completely meaningless… you open the app and there’s no extra information. I can only assume the app generates them if there is activity such as someone booking a viewing or placing an offer, but why would it tell you without any detail?
Is it a marketing ploy to get buyers worried that a property is popular? Screenshot attached of the most recent notification and the email received.

The notification says there's been an update, the app states a viewing has been booked. What's the issue?

We sold through purple bricks and whilst the sale itself went quickly and smoothly the app was buggy as heck. Used to tell me I had viewings booked that then didn't appear in the calendar and that my agent wasn't aware of 😑

The viewing that shows there is the one I arranged but the phone has been pinging all day with PB notifications about the same house…. But no information…

It is to let you know there’s been more viewings. I suppose it replaces a traditional estate agent who’d tell you how much interest it’s had!

How do you know that's the viewing you booked being notified repeatedly and the notifications aren't in relation to other viewings that have been booked by other people?

That’s not what I said. The fact I don’t know that is precisely my point… what’s the point receiving generic notifications where you have to guess what they pertain to? Another viewing, an offer, maybe even someone adding as a ‘saved’ property.
