New windows, no trickle vents!!!

I've just had all new wood casement windows and French doors installed. They look beautiful.

I've noticed that there's condensation on the inside of the windows in the morning!! Doing some research it looks like they should have trickle vents (as the previous upvc windows had trickle vents).

The joiner who made them and installed them is Fensa registered, but they haven't made the windows with trickle vents.

What can I do? The windows cost me £50k!!!

It’s no big deal to retrofit them. They literally still a hole in your window and put a trickle vent over the top.
