Replacement kitchen doors

Recommendations for replacement kitchen doors please.

We are buying a house where the kitchen unit structure is fine, but we don't like the doors (melamine wood effect). We plan to knock through and overhaul the kitchen in the next few years, so don’t want to spend a lot of money but would prefer to make it more to our taste for now.
I don’t think that I can face taking them all off and painting them and am not keen on having them wrapped either.

Hiya, I had the same issue with my mums kitchen and after a bit of Google searching we found a company called onlinekitchendoors.com who sent out a sample in the style and colour we picked from their site but we didn’t like the colour as there isn’t much light coming in so had a colour card sent out later to put with the style and we were able to pick this colour.
It was a little daunting to try and think about removing the old doors and putting up the new ones but we followed their guides in how to measure correctly and bar 1 door that I messed up the hinge hole measurements it was very straight forward to remove and replace.
Hopefully this helps you as it was a fraction of the cost of replacing with a fitter and we are over the moon with how our DIY project turned out 😁

We used this company. The whole thing was straightforward and we're pleased with the result; it was intended as a temporary measure but they're still ok so who knows?

That’s great that you got all sorted in the end as we did. We ended up taking on various diy projects around the house, with a lot of help from YouTube and our local builders merchant. Daunting at first to go into a male orientated place to ask for help but they were brilliant in helping us as they weren’t long spotting us as amateurs😁
